Hands-on review: ZVEX Effects Fuzz Probe

This is the Circuit Breaker Series cable put out by Planet Waves. Are you fed up with your sound man never muting your signal with your acoustic guitar, bass, keyboard or whatever else you may have DI'd? Do you have dashing across the room to mute your amp so you can switch guitars? That is why and how this cable is built.

I read about the cable online and thought, 'Hey, I need this!' So I ordered on online and got it in the mail a few days later. A 20 foot cable costs $20.

Decent quality cable with an on and off switch. The price is also nice. $20 is well worth the price of admission.

Well you can easily have the cable switched off, not get any signal and wonder WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON. You are next on the ground double and triple checking pedals, licking batteries and cursing at your amp when you realize, 'Oh I have the cable turned off!'

The cable is not the best. It is decent, but heavy use will result in a slow death of snap, crackle and pop. You are in luck, this cable does have a lifetime warranty. I have used it, Planet Waves stays true to their word and backed the warranty and sent me a new cable.

A genius idea. I have since see a few other people do this, but as far as I know Planet Waves is the first.
